Notes: Routine inspection. Please secure the loose pool ladders and ensure all water slide bolts have at least 2 threads coming through the bolt. Add 8:00 PM controller check for days open later than 8:00 PM or adjust testing schedule no longer than every 4 hours. Please email a letter of correction stating how the violations listed below have been and/or will be corrected to Todd.Jewell@linncountyiowa.gov within 30 days of this inspection.

  Item: Pool ladders, ramps, handrails, and grab rails shall be securely anchored.
  Comment: Please tighten and secure the pool ladders near the ADA chair and in the deep end nearest the office.

  Comment: Short diving board is peeling and no longer slip-resistant.

Variance requests regarding spa rules must be made in compliance with the instructions in the Iowa Department of Public Health Spa manual, revised July 8th, 2009, page 32, section 641-15.7 (135I).
