	Item: Records shall include results of monthly microbial analyses
	Comment: Please ensure water samples are being brought in every month for bacterial analysis.

	Item: The disinfectant and pH in the spa water shall be manually tested and documented each day within one-half hour of the spa opening and at least one other time throughout the day. Chlorine shall be between 2.0 & 8.0 and pH shall be between 7.0 & 7.8. If either of these levels are out of range, the spa shall be closed.
	Comment: Regular testing not being done and there is no indication of the spa being closed. Please ensure the spa is tested every 2 hours, with 2 tests per day being manual.
