  Item: The swimming pool ORP shall be between 700 mV and 880 mV.
  Comment: Despite being out of range today, the pool was not closed because the Chlorine and pH tested within normal range. The ORP has been an ongoing issue at this facility for 3+ years. Recommend fixing or replacing the existing controller.
