( If no, complete complaint form )

Notes: Inspector visited facility after receiving a complaint that there was no air circulation in the pool area. Upon arrival, there was good air movement coming in through the ventilation system & CPO taped a kleenex to a pole and held it in front of the vents to show that the air movement pulled the kleenex toward the vents. Complaint was unverified. No charge for visit.
Note: Circulated air was not cool. The air conditioning in the pool area does not work. This is not a violation of the pool code.
