Notes: Complaint inspection. A guest stated that his wife's swimsuit was discolored after using spa on 1/20/23. Upon arrival, owner stated that the pH was too high in the spa so he drained it and was refilling it. Records show that the spa ORP was 764 & pH was 7.5 at the time of said visit, but manual tests have not been recorded. Owner verified that he will use baking soda to lower pH and not open it until manual tests are within normal range. He will record at least 2 manual tests/day going forward.
