1. Men's showers not working. Verified. Ensure showers are in working order, with soap available, free of storage.
2. Missing ladder in deep end. Verified, but only one required in pool area 30ft wide or less. CPO verified pool area is 30ft wide.

A letter regarding the actions which will be taken in order to correct all deficiencies must be submitted within 30 days to this office.
