Drain covers were replaced within the last few years and I presume that they have a 20 year life expectancy (10 for the hardware), so I am not concerned that they are expired now, but I will ask that you research this and either come up with a date that they were installed or we can go by the date that they were delivered to the facility. Also verify their lifespan.
