Spa: 15.51(3)b(1) 12
Item: The pool or spa shall be clean
Comment: There is prominent discoloration in certain areas of the pool floor and sidewalls. This has been an ongoing issue at this site. Ensure that these areas are power washed and/or cleaned the next time this pool is drained.

3) Safety Spa: 15.51(4)c(1) 13
Item: A thermometer shall be available to measure temperatures in the range of 80 degrees to 120 degrees. Spa shall be closed if the temperature is over 104 degrees F.
Comment: Previous records show the spa's temperature at 104 degrees which is measured by reading the temperature on the heater itself. Because this reading is unable to measure beyond the whole 104 decimal point, we do not know if it is 104.0 (acceptable) or 104.9 (unacceptable). Make sure that the temp of the spa does not exceed a reading of 103 on your heater at any given time, AND have a backup thermometer available.
