Notes: Pool closed today due to low chlorine level in pool, high spa temperature, lack of ventilation in pool area and an overall lack of CPO and/or managerial oversight. Please properly train Zac to test free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness levels. Also, explain the frequency that these need done and how to properly document the results. He should attend the next CPO certification class.
Evening and weekend staff have to do manual testing.
Lack of proper ventilation needs fixed.

Instructions for emergency use of the telephone shall be posted near the telephone.
