( If no, complete complaint form )

Notes: Routine inspection today. Overall a nice facility. There was some confusion of how to appropriately test for free and combined chlorine which resulted in my free chlorine reading of 8.6 ppm today. The pool is now temporarily closed and will remain closed until Rick provides proof to me that the free chlorine is back in normal range. Please note, the pool has to be tested 30 minutes prior to opening and at a minimum of every 4 hours that the pool is open thereafter, EVERY day the pool is open.
