Notes: Appears that the total chlorine log slot is being used for combined chlorine. Taylor kit uses free chlorine and combined chlorine tests. To get the total chlorine result the previous tests must be added together. Suggest modifying the log sheet to imitate those tests and required frequency.

Variance requests regarding spa rules must be made in compliance with the instructions in the Iowa Department of Public Health Spa manual, revised July 8th, 2009, page 32, section 641-15.7 (135I).
