Notes: Appears that some attendants are not conducting the pool tests properly. Must retrain attendants to correct errors or use controller in between manual tests. Overall good job keeping the pool maintained. Keep up the good work.

  Comment: Some days were missing tests in the middle or end of the day. Must conduct a minimum of 2 manual tests each day the facility is open. In between manual tests, the controller readout may be used in lieu.
   
2) Safety Pool: 15.4(4)b(2) 13
  Item: Pool ladders, ramps, handrails, and grab rails shall be securely anchored.
  Comment: NW ladder is loose and pulls out from ground. NE hand rail is also loose, but cannot be tightened any further. New wedges will be ordered in the future.
