# Section Reference Ref. Page
1) Management/Personnel Pool: 15.4(6)f(6) 24
Spa: 15:51(5)e(8) 17
Item: Monthly ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) testing shall be included in pool logs

2) Management/Personnel Pool: 15.4(2)e 8
Item: The swimming pool and/or spa water shall be tested for total alkalinity at least once in each week that they are open for use. The swimming pool and/or spa shall be tested for calcium hardness at least once in each month that they are open for use

3) Management/Personnel
Item: The disinfectant and pH in the spa water shall be manually tested or the ORP and pH of the spa water shall be visually read and documented each day within one-half hour of the spa opening, and at intervals not to exceed two hours thereafter until the spa closes for the day. Visual ORP and pH in lieu of some of the manual tests are sufficient, but the spa water shall be tested manually for disinfectant and pH at least twice per day. When manual tests are done, the manual test results and the visual readings for the ORP and pH shall be recorded.
Comment: Main pool was ok, but the records for the wading pool were missing. This is the pool that will fluctuate the most, so it is very important to test and record these at least every 4 hours.

4) Marking Pool: 15.4(4)j(2) 20
Item: Depth Markers shall be located at 1-ft depth intervals, but not more than 25 ft. apart measured between the centers of the depth markers around the area of a swimming pool which has a water depth of 5 ft. or less
Comment: This includes the zero depth entry area. Right now the markers start at 2'. They should start at 1' and not be more than 25' apart.

5) Safety Pool: 15.4(4)f(4) 17
Item: A first-aid kit shall be equipped with: band-aids, sterile 4x4 bandage compress, self-adhering gauze bandage, disposable gloves, and a chemical cold press.
Comment: Ensure all of these items are in Emergency Kit

6) Safety Pool: 15.4(4)f(3) 17
Item: Lifesaving equipment shall be mounted in conspicuous places around the swimming pool deck during normal operations
Comment: Keep spine board out on pool deck during operating hours for easy access

7) Safety Pool: 15.4(4)b(2) 13
Item: Pool ladders, ramps, handrails, and grab rails shall be securely anchored.
  Comment: Tighten ladder by slide
