Notes: :
Special inspection today due to a reportable incident that happened on 6/8/23 where a child bounced and jumped off of a small piece of a gutter that was then dislodged and cut the child. The response of the staff was appropriate. The child received immediate care. Incident form has been submitted to Iowa HHS and placed on file at the pool and Linn Co Public Health. Grate is secure. Staff has implemented a 'gutter guard' that will walk the perimeter of the pool during open swim going forward.
