Notes: Pool closed due to low ORP reading. The facility needs to organize their records, training procedures, and overall pool operations and emergency action plans to make less confusing and more user-friendly. Test kit is on-site and supplied but chemicals appear to be old. Replenish chemicals annually (recommend to purchase new test kit every 1 or 2 years). It is important to have MSDS sheets for chemicals kept up to date. MSDS sheets and emergency action plan must be reviewed by staff annually.
